3:46a.m. *Cinema — The Queen

Although I heard great things I wasn’t expecting to love it.
It was actually pretty good.
She is a leader, who during her reign, has seen a tremendous amount of change. Her ability to realize that is what allows her to keep her throne.
I wonder how the royal family felt about the movie? How the Queen felt about Helen Mirren?
Helen Mirren obviously did a wonderful job. I guess if you are a British actor, you will at one point be in a Shakespeare film and a film about the monarchy. I believe I’ve seen her in both.
I didn’t know the Queen was even married. I knew there was a Prince Philip, but I had no idea who he was.
Speaking of Prince Philip, he seemed like a complete jerk.
The guy who played Prince Charles looked nothing like the real Prince Charles from the front, but exactly like Prince Charles from the back.
So many flowers. Still such a tragedy.
